Payment Policies

This page explains Struvarion payment handling, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, billing support, and customer expectations. No mystery meat billing. Clear beats clever.

1. Overview

These Payment Policies apply to paid Struvarion products, subscriptions, software access, digital tools, training, education, setup services, implementation services, and related offers.

Additional terms may appear on checkout pages, product pages, invoices, order forms, or service agreements. If a specific offer includes separate written payment terms, those terms may also apply.

2. Products and Services

Struvarion may offer free resources, paid digital products, subscription software, business tools, training programs, implementation services, consulting, templates, downloads, and other business education or software-related services.

Product features, pricing, access length, included services, and renewal terms may vary by offer. Review the checkout page and product description before purchase.

3. Payment Processing

Struvarion may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe or similar providers, to process payments securely.

Struvarion does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. Payment processors may handle payment details according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security standards.

By purchasing a paid Struvarion product or service, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the selected purchase, subscription, renewal, setup fee, or service fee.

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

Some Struvarion services may be offered as subscriptions. Subscription billing may renew automatically until canceled.

Subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal amount, trial periods, and included features should be shown on the checkout page or product offer.

You are responsible for reviewing subscription terms before purchase and keeping your billing information current.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a subscription by using the available account tools, cancellation instructions provided with the product, or the Struvarion contact page.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges when processed successfully. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless the charge qualifies under the applicable refund policy.

To avoid unwanted renewal charges, submit cancellation requests before the next billing date. Waiting until the last second is how the internet steals your lunch money.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the timing of the request, whether access was delivered, whether work has started, and the terms shown at checkout.

Digital products and downloads

Digital products, downloads, templates, prompt packs, recorded training, and similar items may be non-refundable once access has been delivered, unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Subscription software

Subscription charges are generally for access during the billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods.

Setup, implementation, and custom services

Setup fees, implementation work, custom work, consulting, or service-based work may be non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged in error, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Failed Payments and Past-Due Accounts

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, paused, or canceled. The payment processor may retry the payment depending on the subscription settings and payment provider behavior.

You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and up to date.

8. Product Access

Access to paid products, software, training, or services may be delivered by account access, email, download link, dashboard access, live training link, private page, or another method explained with the offer.

Access may be delayed if payment fails, account information is incorrect, a fraud review is triggered, or required setup information has not been provided.

9. Billing Support

For billing questions, refund requests, cancellation help, payment access issues, or duplicate charge concerns, contact Struvarion using the public contact page.

Include your name, email used at purchase, product name, approximate purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, contact Struvarion first so the issue can be reviewed. Most billing issues can be resolved faster through support than through a payment dispute.

Struvarion may provide order records, access records, login records, product delivery records, support messages, and related documentation to payment processors if a dispute or chargeback is opened.

11. Changes to Payment Policies

Struvarion may update these Payment Policies as products, services, checkout flows, payment providers, or business requirements change.

When this page is updated, the Last Updated date should be changed.
