These terms explain how Struvarion websites, software, training, education, support, and related services may be used. Plain English version: use the platform properly, respect the rules, and do not do anything shady.

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Struvarion.com, Struvarion software, Struvarion training, Struvarion educational content, Struvarion support, or any related Struvarion services.

By using Struvarion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, platform, software, training, or services.

2. What Struvarion Provides

Struvarion provides business software, digital tools, training, education, automation resources, lead generation support, customer follow-up tools, and related business systems.

Struvarion may include products or resources connected to digital business cards, QR campaigns, email follow-up, SMS follow-up, booking tools, customer journeys, training pages, video education, and business growth education.

Some Struvarion features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity that happens through your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Struvarion or use it for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or spam-related activity.

  • Do not use Struvarion to send spam or unwanted messages.
  • Do not upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass platform protections.
  • Do not use Struvarion to violate privacy, marketing, email, SMS, or payment rules.
  • Do not impersonate another person, business, or organization.
  • Do not use Struvarion for fraud, scams, or misleading offers.

6. Your Content

You are responsible for the content, images, videos, links, business information, offers, customer data, and messages you add to or send through Struvarion.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to use the content you submit. Do not upload or publish content that violates someone else's rights.

By submitting content to Struvarion, you allow Struvarion to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide the requested services.

7. Third-Party Services

Struvarion may connect with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, video platforms, analytics tools, hosting services, or other business tools.

Third-party services have their own terms, policies, fees, limits, and requirements. Struvarion is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account reviews, rejected messages, payment holds, or service limits caused by third-party providers.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Struvarion provides tools, systems, training, and education. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, business outcomes, or financial results.

Results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, pricing, execution, follow-up, content, traffic, customer experience, budget, timing, and business model.

Struvarion is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We aim to build reliable systems, but no website, software platform, email system, SMS system, payment system, or third-party connection is perfect all the time. Technology likes to act cute sometimes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struvarion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the website, platform, services, training, or third-party integrations.

This includes losses related to downtime, data loss, missed leads, missed messages, failed payments, third-party provider issues, business interruption, or user error.

10. Suspension or Termination

Struvarion may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, creates risk, abuses support, attempts unauthorized access, fails to pay required fees, or uses the system in a harmful or unlawful way.

You may stop using Struvarion at any time. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation terms may depend on the product or service purchased.

11. Changes to These Terms

Struvarion may update these terms from time to time. When updates are made, the Last Updated date on this page should be changed.

Continued use of Struvarion after updates means you accept the revised terms.
